yesterday was glady's last day at RO

above: i used a simple wrapping technique. i cut two pieces of this wrapping paper (cut to size), over-lapping each other, enveloping the gift. and finally i fastened it with ribbon.

throughout her part-timing with us, gladys has been having blisters from her new shoes, and has been using so many plasters. so, i decided to make her this little gift. of course, this idea is not originally mine. i saw one selling at a gift shop many years ago with different themes.

i bought the frame from daiso shop and decorated it with the cute printed cardstock. i thought the imprinted little girls represent her - cute and charming. i pasted a plaster on the cardstock with double-sided self-adhesive tape. her name was from my alpha foam stickers that i have been saving for a special occasion, and i think this is the right reason to use it. the letter 's' was pasted on a prima flower.

the text was printed in white on my black cardstock, pasted on the glass pane with a double-sided foam tape.

my hubby suggested the phrase "please put back after use", but i decided to settle with "for emergency use only". his suggestion will be used for my next gift.
